Feb. 2 Special Election Results

Outside of Illinois, there were many elections throughout the country. Here are the results:

Florida 19th Congressional District Primary

Democratic – An old fashioned rear-end kicking in this race.

Ted Deutch – 23,987 (85%)
Ben Graber – 4,155 (15%)

Republican – Look how close this is – 42 votes. This may go to a recount…

Edward Lynch – 3,325 (41%)
Joe Budd – 3,283 (40%)
Curt Price – 1,574 (19%)

Kentucky State House District 24 – Good pickup of a formerly Republican seat by Democrats

Terry Mills (D) – 3,001 (54%)
Leo Johnson (R) 2,518 (46%)

New Hampshire State House District 2 Primary

John Roberge – 163 (58%)
Eugene Montgomery – 116 (42%)

Republican

John Tholl – 284 (66%)
Eric Catman – 147 (33%)

Missouri House District 62

Nita Ayres (R) – 1,315 (77.8%)
Patty Tweedle (L) – 378 (22.2%)

Missouri House District 57

Hope Whitehead (D) – 969 (55.9%)
Karla May (I) – 763 (44.1%)

Missouri House District 27

Pat Conway (D) – 1,240 (65.7%)
Jason Gregory (R) – 655 (34.3%)

Georgia State Senate District 22

Hardie Davis (D) -5,801 (55.5%)
Harold Jones (D) – 4,655 (44.5%)
